I am a male who was born at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan on February 24, 1970. At birth, I was a healthy 7lb 4oz. I entered foster care at the Foundling Hospital on March 2, which is also when I was baptized. My mother signed surrender documents on June 12, 1970. My mother was born in 1947 and was a Roman Catholic. She is Czech, Polish, Irish, and German, 5’7, blonde, blue eyed, with a fair complexion, and has 4 siblings. She was a clinical psychology college student in her third year. She was a typist at a retail credit department and visited me three times at the agency. Her mother was a high school graduate homemaker and her father was a college graduate who worked as a government officer. My father was also born in 1947 and was a Roman Catholic. He was German, had light blonde hair, with a good built. He also attended college and was an assistant manager for a TV corporation. I am hoping to connect with my birth family to learn about my health history and thank my mother for giving me the great life that I now have.
