I gave birth to my daughter on 12/7/1992 in a hospital on Long Island‚ NY. She was born with a heart murmur and had to have surgery shortly after birth. The adoptive parents also had a little boy that was adopted as well so my daughter has an older brother. The adoptive parents names were Chris (mom - female) and Bob (male) and they lived in Pennsylvania I believe. I haven’t had contact since after the adoption was processed. We went through Spence Chapin adoption agency on Long Island. I would love to reunite with my daughter to see how she is‚ how her life has been‚ where she’s traveled to‚ what she does for a living. And for her to also meet her soon to be little stepbrother as my fiance has a son from a previous marriage. Her birth certificate at hospital showed her name as Tina Marie Klein and the adoptive parents changed her name to Jennifer - I do not know what the adoptive parents last name is.
