I received my pre-adoption birth certificate and my birth Mother’s name maiden name in 1967 was Dawn Catherine Hanlon..My birth Mom’s date of Birth is 9-25-1940..I was born at St. Joseph’s hospital in Syracuse, NY on 11-09-1967..I was put in foster care for a few weeks before my adopted parents adopted me.. My birth mother told dept. of social services I’m Syracuse, NY that she had broken up with my birth father and then found out she was pregnant, but never told my birth father she was pregnant and did not tell anyone in her family either..
