Monique was born in Albion NY, while her mother was incarcerated at Albion Correctional facility for women. She was a ward of the state, placed into foster are with a woman in the WNY area possibly Alden, Eden or Albion NY. She is believed to have down syndrome of African American decent. Birth mother name is Rita Varner and birth father believed to be Israel Davis from Buffalo NY. She has an older brother Andre (who was also born in Albion correctional facility in 1970) and a sister Gianna Capps from Buffalo Ny also. We (my parents, a few of my siblings and her brother) visited her a few times in the early 70’s at the foster home somewhere in Alden/Eden NY, when Monique was about 1 or 2 years old. She was last seen at the children hospital of Buffalo Ny, in ambulatory pediatrics reception area, around the early 1990’s. My family would just like to connect with her and know that she’s ok.
