I was born at 1:47 p.m. July 4, 1968 at Mercy Hospital in Watertown, N.Y. My birth name was Donnell Lee (not sure of last name). I was adopted through the dept. of social services on Dec. 12, 1969. The lawyer involved for my adoptive parents was Kenneth W. Brett of Calkins and Brett firm in Watertown. Some info I’ve received from social services says I was seen by Dr. Sturtz, a pediatrician and a Dr. Lustick. I also have a paper that says my parents were both in their 30s. My biological father died between conception and birth. My mother had hazel eyes, brown hair, medium complexion. She was Dutch and English. My father had dark brown hair, blue eyes, dark complexion. He was French-Canadian and English. My maternal grandfather was a store owner and My paternal grandmother owned a restaurant. I have heard over the years that my mother’s name may be Delores or Dorothy. Last name possibly Vecchio, Deviot or Delvecchio.
