I am trying to locate my husbands birth parents. All we know is that he was born in the Bronx, NY, in May of 1986. His mothers name that is listed on is birth certificate is Theresa Reyes, the fathers name is listed as Jose M. Cortes. His adopted mother was Maria Ramos, who died in 1996. So, my husband is not able to get any other information. We have asked his siblings multiple times about his birth parents, but we hear multiple versions of what happen all those years ago.
