Hello. I had my daughter at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital on October 3, 1984 at 10:13 in the evening. She was delivered by Dr. Fote. I named her Megan Elizabeth Swanson. She weighed ten pounds . I placed her for adoption thru Father Baker Our Lady of Victory Infant Home in Lackawanna New York. I signed the adoption papers on 12/14/1984, and she went to her adoptive parents a few days before Christmas. I was told that her adootive Mom was an RN and her Dad was a blue color worker. I was also told that her Parents waited for a baby for 7 years and it was the first grandchild on both sides of the family. Her adoptive Mom wrote a letter to me. I also left several gifts for Megan. My social worker at the infant home told me she was very happy with the name Megans adoptive parents chose. I am thinking her name is close to her birth name or a derivative.
