Hi if you were Born in 1966/1967 I’m searching for my older brother.I’m not sure of his date of birth or the nature of why my mother put him up for adoption. My mother (she passed away in 2021) and my family were always resistant with giving me any information about who he is ‚ who is his father is. I’m not close with any other family members on my mother’s side of the family except for my younger brother Everett. We have different fathers and I don’t know who my father is. This is the best info I was able to learn about my brother is that‚ his name was James Darnell‚ he was older than me‚ I think by one or two years. I was born in 1968‚ if this correct he would’ve been born in 1966 /1967? I did an ancestry.com with DNA with a match that we were most likely siblings‚ but it’s complicated because there was also a link to my grandfathers sister Ruth. I’m not sure how. (Maybe that’s why no one would tell me anything) My grandfather’s name was Harry and my mother’s name was Harriett. I left a message on Ancestry just in case he tries to find his birth family. My mother lived in New York .I love you we will find each other brother. Also my grandfather and my grandmother were from Spartanburg South Carolina.
