My daughter was born at St. Francis Hospital in the Bronx, New York. The Doctor’s name was Dr. Labate. The agency I believe she was sent to was NYS office of Children and Family Service. I believe she was sent to foster care because she was not supposed to be adopted. I had to make that decision while i was in the hospital to give her up.
