I was born in Cortland NY 4/13/92 the agency was called helping hands or something of that nature and stopped doing adoptions after I was born. I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer at 25 so I think it’s important to have a copy of my original birth certificate so I can get as much info as possible to possibly warn biological family of the high risk.
