I am the first cousin of 3 brothers taken from their home in Queens, NY due to their mother’s mental illness and put into foster care. It is believed that at the time the brothers were about 5, 6, and 7 years old or 4, 5, and 6 years. There is a pretty good chance they don’t remember anything about their family such as their parents or siblings. They are actually the youngest of 6 children. Their older brothers and sister are from their mom’s first marriage. The brothers names are Ahmed, Rashid and Hassan. Their mother was Adele Boyce Ibrahim. Their father was Yusuf Ibrahim previously known as Joseph (Yusuf) Mock (Ibrahim). This was my Aunt’s 2nd marriage. Their older siblings are from the first marriage. Their names are Michael Rollins, Naima Rollins and Haroun Rollins. Naima Rollins Carter was the last family member that cared for her brothers. But unfortunately she was too young to maintain their care and they were taken away from her. She has, nor anyone else ever seen the boys again. It is believed that they may have been adopted by someone in Bronx, NY in the early 70’s. The last known address of Naima Carter with her brothers was somewhere in Queens Village, NY. She was married to James Carter at the age of 16 or 17. Due to the lack of financial ability, searching has been difficult, but these young men, as they are today, have NEVER been forgotten. We would like to be able to formally introduce ourselves as their biological family ASAP. WE WANT TO SHARE OUR LOVE FOR THEM!!!
