I was born 12/15/1985 in a town called Elmira,NY and the hospital was Arnot Ogden Medical Center. It was a closed adoption through a private agency and it was set up even before I had arrived. My adoptive mother And adoptive father both were told to come to the hospital on the same day. When they arrived they were taken to a room and told to wait and then realized when it was time to come get me all the other pregnant moms on the floor’doors were shut closed and my adoptive parents never even saw my birth parents once,the agency handled all the meetings with the 2 over the past 9 months and never once let them meet or cross paths. Due to the fact it was a closed adoption we couldnt even hear my birth mother or fathers names. I believe my birth parents both attended Horseheads High School,when I was conceived and we believe from the little bit of research we have that they were in their senior year when I was conceived,obviously though being so young they wanted to give me a better future with a loving couple who were in fact ready for a little baby girl. I also have an idea her maiden name may be Jean Hawley,but not 100% sure if that. I would love to be able to finally reconciliate and hold no grudges nor anger. I just want to see where my looks come from and learn maybe things I may susceptible to example being my health & maybe hereditary diseases or whatever it may be. Looking for a lifetime friendship with the ones who made sure my future was brighter than what they could ever of given me.
