The adopted person (my father) has recently passed away for medical reasons. So‚ as his daughter‚ I feel like it would be in my best interest to locate my father’s biological parents and discuss genetic diseases‚ conditions‚ etc that may be of concern to myself. My father’s name was Carl Vincent Cazalet. He was born with the name Anthony Joseph Dolan on May 4‚ 1964 in Brooklyn‚ NY. I am unsure of what hospital exactly but the adoption petition was filed at Surrogate’s Court: Kings County in the Civic Center if this is any help. The parents who adopted him were names Henry Cazalet and Arleen Cazalet. The petition was verified on the 15th of May.
