I am searching for my birth mother and 3 older sisters. She was probably born around 1925. She married my birth father who was Turkish. His name was Nejat Ilhan Tugbay. My mother used the name Kaylee Tugbay when I was born, she was a seamstress in NYC on Madison Avenue. The adoption was private, she met with my adopted father named Saul Rabach when she was pregnant with me. She came from the Worchester, Mass area. She had 3 daughters before I was born. I found my birth father’s side of the family, I have one 1/2 sister. If Kaylee is alive, I know she would want to know what happened to Ilhan, since her parent forced them to have an annulment at which time Ilhan moved back to Turkey.
