My husband was adopted through Edwin Gould agency in Brooklyn. Adopted by Malcolm and Yvonne Watkins. My husbands DOB is 3/27/1970. My husbands name at birth was Dennis Snead ( do not know middle name) his adoptive legal name is Dennis Snead Watkins. He was thought to be born in Richmond Virginia and placed in foster care then adopted from Edwin Gould. He doesn’t remember his birth parents names but, remembers a sibling named Eric ( 2 years older than him). We know for a fact he was adopted from Edwin Gould and his name and DOB as stated above.
