I am seeking my half brother who was given up for adoption in what I believe was the late 60s. My mother’s name was Gemma Cardo (maiden name Bagnardi) from Oneonta, NY. My mother came over from Italy in the 50s. Im fairly certain the man she had a child with is named Steve Torre is also from Oneonta, Ny. My understanding is she came to the Albany area and gave birth here in the Capital Region ( likely Albany, ny). My half brother was given up for adoption. I don’t have much information, but any leads would help.
