Born at Brady Maternity Home (Albany, NY-, burned down) run bt Catholic Church.. Adoped thru Parsons Family & Childrens Svs, Albany, NY within first month of birth. Want him to know he was loved from the day he was born. I need to at least provide him with health information as I have a very rare, genetic liver disease. He has 2 sisters and a brother who would love to meet Jeffrey. I signed the birth certificate with the name as i have given it to you. I have registered with NYS, but no one has contacted them.
