My name is David Schmidt and I am trying to find out who my mothers birth parents are for medical information. She was adopted on New York state in the late 60's or early 70's by Walter and Claire Schmidt‚ who already had two sons‚ Peter and Robert. The only information I know is that her mother was an artist‚ and her father was in the navy. I'm not sure why she was put up for adoption‚ so they might be deceased. Medical information is what is important to me‚ I have asked her to look‚ but she refuses so this is my only option. Any help is greatly appreciated‚ thank you.
