I was born in Children’s Hospital in Buffalo New York and my mother had a polish name on my original birth certificate. I am seeking a copy of my original birth certificate. Over the years I was told she got pregnant with me while separated from her husband and could not take me with her when she returned home. I also heard stories that she was able to see me from afar because she was staying close to where I lived possibly on Chester St. when I was adopted I lived on Waverly St and then we later moved to Beverly Rd. I was adopted through an adoption agency in downtown Buffalo. Please help me. Thank you
