I had a half sibling born in February 1981‚ possibly February 3rd. Our father is Anthony Rice From Hornell N.Y who was living in Rochester at the time. He was put up for adoption at birth and sent to a catholic orphans home in Maryland. He attempted to contact my father when he was 12 and 18‚ but my father refused to have contact with him.
