Michael was born at Corning Hospital‚Corning NY. I don’t know of an agency or Attorney that was involved. I had heard one of the adoptive parents may have been working at the hospital. I don’t have any information other than a copy of original birth certificate. I’m his sister‚Fawn‚ birth year‚ 04/1952. We have two full brothers‚ Robert E.Henry 09 /1947‚ Patrick R. Henry 02/1959‚ a half brother Robert Mann 10/1946. from our mother’s first marriage to Dudley Mann Jr. Our Parents are deceased. Howard R.Henry 1924-2003 and Esther E. Bortle 1924-1997. Our parents were older when mom became pregnant. I don’t know what the circumstances were for placing him for adoption. I was in high school. I do know it was hard and later it was regretted. It was not open for discussion afterwards. I have always wondered if “Michael” had been placed with a good family. What he was like. Does he even know he was adopted. I don’t want to cause any problems. I would just like to know he’s ok. Does he have his own family? If he’s tried looking for his birth family. I am doing a family Tree on Ancestry. My DNA was done with Ancestry‚ shared with Heritage and 23 and me. If he does his‚ it may match us up. Also our half brother Robert Mann passed on Jan 26th 2025. I want him to know he was never forgotten about. Fawn.
