I was born on May 19, 1952, in New York City (possibly St. Vincent’s) and adopted through the New York Foundling Hospital, Catholic Charities. I contacted the state of NY releasing my name and info to anyone searching for me. I was told by my adoptive parents that a doctors written instructions for baby formula for me had the name JoAnn Esposito on it. The last name of my birth mother is Esposito but I don’t know if JoAnn was her first name. I was also told my bio father’s name was Daniel Murphy and both birth parents were in the Navy. I am blonde, blue-eyed and 5’2”. Though born in May I wasn’t adopted until mid August of 1952. My adoptive parents, both now deceased, were Milton and Arlene Lombardi and lived in Port Chester, West Chester County, NY
