Hello my given name by my adopted parents is Richard Krollage, I was a foster child from the NY Foundling in NYC, I recently did my DNA and my Heritage is 89% Irish, Scottish and Welch. the only information I have is that my birth parents came from Ireland. I also came to my foster parents with a girl by the name of Geraldine whom only stayed 2 years and was moved to another foster right before the adoption became official.
