Adopted son Name Theodore Leon Krajnyk at birth DOB June 21 1972 Hospital St Vincent Hospital address Manhattan (closed) weight 6lbs 10oz Length 21 inches birth father black Adoption NY Founding Hospital/agency address 69th street & York Avenue Manhattan date adopted October 23 1973 family adopted Caucasian My son last seen at visit at agency 5 1/2 months old have not seen him since he will be 49years old 6/21/21 I was only 14 when I got pregnant no where to go I am white and the baby father is black the agency confused me to sign the papers telling me my son would have a better life with adopted parents because I was under age and what else can I do I was living with my parents no job no apartment so what was I suppose to do all I could think about my son I wanted a better life for him that I could not provide but its been 49 years and I cannot keep the tears away from eyes even after all these years I hope and pray everyday the day will come before I die and I have no other children I hope I can explain to him what happened and maybe we can reunite one day still waiting hoping my prayers get answered I hope my son feels the same and I know he grow up to be a nice good man All my LOVE TO YOU thank you Teresa Krajnyk
