female DOB 09/01/73 seeking birth mother Debra,Deborah Cummings(not sure of spelling), siblings or any other relatives of her. My Name is Valerie Jean Tisdale(Sullivan maiden). I was adopted in 1976, at the age of three in Rochester NY. I believe my birth mother’s hometown was Manchester possibly Springfield NY and was 17-18 yrs. of age when she gave birth to me. I am interested, in hopes of meeting her or receiving any current information ie, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles etc. I was born with a large "strawberry" birth mark on my left knee.
