I have been wishing to know my adopted daughter throughout her lifetime. Once she was to turn 18 I had great hope that she would be interested in finding me. I later heard that the records had burned in the Catholic Charities office where documents were stored in NY. This may have made it too difficult. I would love to meet and see if I can be of any help to her. My mother is 92 and she would love to meet her Granddaughter. There is so much to share.
