I am searching for my half sibling‚ I have some information on them however it was done through the Catholic Services for unwed mothers. Unfortunately I have learned over the years that they did some shady things with doing the adoptions so I am not sure if the information that is on the records is correct. This is what I have‚ my mom's name is Lillian Carpenter which I believe is what should be on the birth certificate. She was either 14 or 15 years old. Born in Norwich‚ NY. They told my mom that the baby was a boy and they did let her name him‚ but I can only remember the name Frank‚ not sure if that was his first name or middle name. I have been searching for him since 1998 along with my birth father and my ex husbands mom. I found them very quickly but have struggled with this one. Hoping to find him or if it is a her.
