born in 1963 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Manhattan. I don’t know if the adoption went through legal paperwork or not... there’s a good chance that the birth mother just handed the baby over and her name was never put on the original birth certificate. The couple who adopted her were the brother and sister-in-law of the apparent birth father. So the birth mother had planned to give them the baby. Through DNA tests we have recently found out that the man who we thought was the birth father, actually is not. So we have no information about either birth parent. It was something that was not spoken about by her adoptive parents. There is a slight possibility that the birth mother’s name was Evelyn Wilbur. But we don’t know if that’s accurate or not.
