My birth mother lived in Manteo, North Carolina. She was unmarried and went to New York State to have me. I met her in about 1999, when my 1/2 sister found me. But there was no info revealed about my birth father except that he was perhaps attached to the CCC (don’t know what that is.) I really would like info about him.
