I am looking for my sister who was adopted a year before I was. She was adopted in New York possibly born in Nassau County on May 25‚ 1980. Both of our adoptions were closed adoptions. I was told she was adopted by someone who worked in an embassy. Her pre-adoption birth name is Jillian Ann Pugh and our mother is Vanessa Pugh. I have recently found our mother after NY unsealed pre-adoption birth certificates. I do not know her post adoption name. She is black/African-American.
