I know I was born on March 3, 1962 in Albany, NY. My case was handled through the Department of Social Services. I was in several foster care homes. I was adopted on October 13, 1970 through the Surrogate’s Court of the County of Albany. The judge was John J. McCall. The Chief Clerk was Gerald F. Finn, Jr. I have reason to believe my mother may not have been married at the time of my birth. I also have reason to believe I may have siblings also. I believe I was left by my birth mother in a public place with a note and wearing nothing but a dish towel for a diaper. Any information would be helpful in my search. Thank you
