My brothers birth certificate had the name Joshua Lou Crespo, but I later found out that it was an illegal last name considering that it was another females last name. My mother’s name was Yolanda Yvette Gonzalez. I’m sure that he was born in Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn NY. I believe his birthday is 8/3/94. He went into foster care as an infant and I believe the foster parents adopted him.
