Birth childs name was Tonya or Tanya Vicente born in Binghamton ny 1986 was adopted at around 3 yrs. old, mothers name Lucinda Cirigliano(Buchanan) of Bainbridge ny Father Pete Vicente supposedly Tonya was adopted by a school teacher and police officer, not sure if this is true. The month and day are incorrect as I am her aunt and cannot remember. Pretty sure the birth year was 1986.
