I was adopted in 1991. My name is Douglas enrique winterstein now‚ my birth name was Douglas enrique farias Jr. I was adopted out of nyc in 1991. I was previously passed to 3 different foster homes due to neglect and abuse. 7 years after my adoption my adopted mother started having sexual relations with me. She attacked me at night‚ during the day‚ when the family was outside she would keep me inside. It was very difficult. For years. I know this happens to kids all around. Not looking for anyone. Just don’t want people giving up hope. I was passed around due to neglect and abuse beforehand. So it became a norm. My mindset went to "I guess this is happening now"..I’m now almost 40 with a beautiful family. Recently that same women blamed me and said why didn’t I say no. I was scared. How do you say no to the person that adopted you? Be well everyone...
