I am searching for my birth mother. My birth date is October 14, 1970. I was born in Manhattan, NY at St. Vincent’s Hospital. I was surrendered to the New York Foundling Hospital in NY. I was told my birthmother was 20 yrs. old when I was born. Italian, brown hair and eyes. She was put into a maternity shelter in August and I was born in October. Her name could possibly be Vicky or Victoria. She had one sibling, which was a sister. I don’t have any names since New York is a sealed state. I was told by my adoptive Mom that my name was Christina when she adopted me. I have found by birthfather, who is deceased (2006).
