My name is Rodney Tull. I was living in Syracuse, New York in 1989 when I met a young woman name Cynthia Dobson who was around 18 or 19 yrs old. She was attending Syracuse University. I was 21 years old. We fell in love and she became pregnant. Her parents were adament that the baby girl be given up for adoption and I felt I had no option but to sign the adoption papers. I never heard from Cynthia again and I never saw the baby. Her parents were so upset with me. Cynthia was from New Rochelle, New York. I would love to reunite with my daughter and to let her know that I had no choice. I was young and did not understand the ramifications of my decision. I was born and grew up in Barbados and only came to the USA as a teenager.
