I am trying to find my 1/2 sister whom my mother gave up for adoption in 1955 in the Bronx. I believe she was surrendered to New York Foundling in New York CIty. My mother Catherine Philbin is now 87 and one of her greatest wishes is to find her daughter before she dies.
