Born: Rochester‚ NY Relinquished: Genesee County DSS Birthmother requested adoption be held a distance away as siblings had already bonded. Was relinquished at about 18 months of age. I have done my DNA just waiting for a match. Also have been registered with the sibling Registry since 2001‚ at which time was given the same non id that Tommy would see. I have searched the adoption sites over and over to no avail. I am beginning to wonder if this is is an Ohio adoption.
