My brother was born 9/14/69 and we have two sisters they were born 09/20/65 and 7/19/61 My pre-adoption birth certificate says my mother was Ollie Smith and she was from Alabama. I was born in NYC on 11/15/66 and our mother placed me and you up for adoption. I went into Foster care on 1/16/67 under Spence-Chapin Services to Children and Families in NYC. Our mother signed all the necessary papers and placed us up for adoption in September 1969
