I am looking for my biological brother- He was in the foundling hospital in New York around 1971 time frame. I am not sure if he was adopted or in foster care. He was born in a jail in upstate new York-Bedford maybe? Our mother passed away her name would be Joaquina Gonzalez-Rodriguez. I have been looking for him for many years and would love to finally meet him the last we saw each other was about when he was 8 or 9 years old.
