While researching my Family Tree‚ I discovered a DNA Match (AS) whose Father was Adopted‚ the account is managed by her Mother - aka Ex-Wife of Adoptee & I get no response. I believe that he may be my Paternal 1/2 Brother‚ need to verify. I manage numerous DNA accounts that match AS: Me: 1‚141 cMs/28 segs LT: 891cMs/27 segs (Paternal Uncle) DT: 630 cMs/17 segments (Paternal 1st Cousin‚ different Uncle’s kid) Adopted first name is Gregory‚ possible last name is Sills and I believe he was in the system for 4 yrs before being adopted & I believe that he was born Jan 12‚1956 but not sure. I am assuming his birth & adoption was New York as that is where my Bio-Father lived. However‚ in looking at homes for Unwed Mothers‚ St Faiths’ Maternity Home at 53 South Broadway‚ Tarrytown‚ NY would have been the closest in their area and it seems a lot of their Adoptions were in Connecticut but have no way to verify.
