My mom was adopted through the Queens surrogate court and born on December 22,1961. Her birth name was Germaine Petraglia. Mothers name was Francis Celeberti. We believe the fathers name was Michael. They were both young parents. We were able to find their marriage certificate on ancestry indicating that they married the same year she was born. I don’t know if that remained true through the years. We have the original adoption paperwork but have had no luck in finding anyone.
