My son was born at 1:56am on 4/15/1981 in Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York. The delivering doctor was Edward Jacobs. He told me that he went to medical school with the adoptive mother. The maternity-ward nurse told me that the adoptive mother had dark hair, the adoptive father had blond hair and was not very tall, and that they were from Connecticut. They placed a sign on my son’s crib in the hospital entitled "Jonathan Adam", apparently the name they were giving to him. Dr. Jacobs also stated that this couple was financially well-off and that all of my son’s needs would be completely taken care of. The adoptive father apparently was a high-level business manager in some reputable company, I believe. Also my newborn son had brown eyes and dark brown hair. He weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces at birth. The name of my son’s biological mother is Joyce Lynn Van Dyck, and she was born on June 6, 1943, in East Greenbush, New York. Joyce and I have separated since the birth of our son "Jonathan Adam". Joyce was 37 years old and I was 23 years old when she gave birth to our son "Jonathan Adam".
