I am looking for my husband’s half brother. We just learned in the past year that he was born in the summer of 1951 in Elmira NY, to T. Marie Hill. He had a medical problem related to one of his arms at birth and could not be released to his adoptive family until hospital was sure he was medically sound. He remained in the Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital for 2-3 weeks. I have been told that his mom went to see him every day and did not want to give him up, but the man she married did not want the child. There are a lot of our family that would love to meet him.
