Verified baby was blue- eyed with blonde hair which may have turned darker in adulthood baby would resemble male in profile photo when 2-3 years old. The male in the photo is half brother female is half sister. Half-brother and sister seeking any details. Original birth certificate has address of 3 High St and as of 2018, this is still his birth mother’s family home. Half sister and half brother still searching.
