My 100% biological brother was born on or near February 24th 1966 at Wilson Hospital Johnson City NY 13790. Law firm involved may have been Weiss? Dan? something of that nature. He was born to Linda Maxine Howe who was approximately 17 years old. She signed the adoption papers sometime around March2 at the local court house. It is believe that my adopted brothers name is Dr. Steven R. DiMattei. He may have been adopted under different last name as his adopted Father past away and he took a the new last name of DiMattei I was born Kevin Howe, son to Linda Howe, was later adopted by her husband, George Safranek, and later I changed my name to my biological name of Besaw.
