Hi my name is Joanne Rodriguez and I am looking for my sibling who was given up for adoption it was actually close through Spencer and Chapman in Manhattan New York she was born March 4th 1989 and all I know that my mom told me a family from Puerto Rico I talked to her I have a friend that visited Puerto Rico and went to a hotel and he said that was a female there had a look exactly like me he said she looks like my twin looks laugh everything so I’m just curious if she still is in Puerto Rico my mom wants to meet her but doesn’t know how go about doing it because it is a closed adoption please help us
