I believe my full name is Jason Mann ( my full adopted name is Jason Taylor). My birth mother was 31 years old when she gave birth to me. I was born on May 29,1976, in Brooklyn NY Wyckoff Hospital. My mother had five other children before me. I only have non identifying information on my mother even less about my father. I was abandoned in the Hospital until 8/30/76 and then placed in a foster home on 12/29/76. My last foster home was in Far Rockaway Queens.
