I am looking for my father’s birth parents. He was adopted after birth. He was in a foster home until he was 5/6 months old. His foster parents called him Joey. I’m not sure if that was his birth name or not? We would like to know where we come from and medical history. He was 8lbs 3 oz at birth, he has dark brown hair and hazel/green eyes. We know nothing of his birth mother and father. He was born in New York.
