Looking for a sister. I believe to have been a year or two younger than myself‚ so must have been 1997 or 98 maybe. Upstate NY area. Most likely from Albany med‚ St. Peter’s ‚ st Mary’s or Samaritan hospital. I don’t have a ton of information. Unfortunately our mother has passed and I have no one to answer my questions. I thought as a child I heard her mention the name Claire or Ramsey but I could be mistaken
